I am holding the following previous reliance group companies physical share certificates in original.

1) reliance energy ventures ltd. Folio[protected] certificate no.[protected] favouring murali iyengar with distinctive nos.[protected]-[protected] holding 2 shares issued on 27.1.2006.
2) reliance capital ventures ltd. Folio[protected] certificate no.[protected] favouring murali iyengar with distinctive nos.[protected]-[protected] holding 2 shares issued on 27.1.2006.
3) reliance natural resources ltd. Folio[protected] certificate no.[protected] favouring murali iyengar with distinctive nos.[protected]-[protected] holding 2 shares issued on 27.1.2006.
4) reliance communications ventures ltd. Folio[protected] certificate no.[protected] favouring murali iyengar with distinctive nos.[protected]-[protected] holding 2 shares issued on 27.1.2006.

I do not have any other details other than the original physical certificates as regards the share transfer.

I therefore humbly request you to look into the matter and apprise me the full details regarding the above shares and dividends if any. Kindly also apprise me as to what are the steps required for me for regularising the same. I am holding a demat account with sharekhan also. My pan no. Is aaapi5549l.
