This is to bring to your kind notice that share certificates nos 57493754, 62221951 and 66417350 are issued to me of Reliance Industries Limited. My aunts name is PushpLata Kothari but in the certificates its been printed Push Lata Kothari. I would request you to look into the matter and tell me what documents i may be needing to correct the name so that in future i do not face problems or you create any problems.
