Reliance Industries — Waited about 25 minutes and then being refused | |||
Respected Sir/ Madam I was today in Relaince Market Amritsar around 1 pm and I bought some stuff and then 3 products from them was not scan. The sales person advised me leave these products, (this was happened last time as well). I ask sale person it's ok but I Need gas burner please ask your manager if you can sort out for this rest 2 products I can leave. She advise me to wait for couple of minutes and she will check with manager. I waited around 20-30 minutes. Then one another girl came and said if it's not in scan leave the product as manger is not coming downstairs to help. This was awkward situation that I was waiting from last 30 minutes and after that you rufused to sell that item which was on displayed on shelfs with price tag. This is second time happened with me. And when I was leaving I told them I will complaint but no one care about this and advised that I can complaint if I wish. I myself from Ireland and working in retail as Gen. Manager from last 2 years. From my views coustmer should be attend on perority bases. Pls have a look on this complaint and you can contact me for more information regarding this complaint.
