Reliance Infocomm — Poor 4g network and services

I have been using your data network for more than two years.
Recently i have upgraded to 4G by buying Wi-Pod and from the day one its functioning is not satisfactory.
For the past 15 days, no service is available and I am trying several methods as suggested by your persons, but of no use.
Only red light is flashing over the 4G.
I am using it for my official purpose and my performance is heavily affected due to this.
Already I have logged a complaint vide[protected], which was closed by some one, without resolving the issue.
Yesterday I have paid some bills also hoping that will resolve the issue, but nothing happened.
I am really frustrated and will be forced to switch to other network, if the issue is resolved before this evening.
All my money with you needs to be settled, if the issue is not resolved by today.
Acknowledge this mail and sort out the issue immediately.
