I ordered Jio sim online on 1st May 2025 and it's not delivered yet ( 9th May 2025).

I called customer service many times and requested for either sim delivery or cancel my order and process refund. But they are really pathetic and doing nothing. Just sharing new delivery agent number which is either switched off or not receiving calls. Already received 3 delivery agent numbers with same issue.
They are not processing cancel request as well just putting my line on hold and cutting call every time.
When I am requesting through email ([protected]@jio.com), they are responding your email id is not registered. So, we cannot cancel order. First register email id.
And when trying to go on Jio app for email id registration, it's asking for Jio mobile number and sim is yet to deliver.
