Reliance Jewels — Defective product issued and bad customer service

I bought a ring from Reliance Jewels Agarwal Fun City Mall. It turned out to be the worst ring I had ever purchased.
#1 It’s not even 6 months since I purchased, stones kept coming out.
#2 First time when stone came out, they said, I hit my hand that’s why it came out and repaired the ring free of cost. But kept ring with them for like 15-20 days
#3 Since they checked ring in first repair, stone should not come out next time, but stone again came out. Again, they said, I hit my hand (which is not at all true) so this time they asked for momey. I was like okay but just do it. But it had been more than a month since they have kept the ring and not willing to retun back.
In 3 months of owning it, I wore that ring for maximum of one month only
