Reliance Jewels — Faulty Diamond Pendent, very bad service after sales.

I, with my wife had purchased a diamond pendent set from your showroom at Gold Souk Mall Gurgaon, Shushant Lok-1, Gurgaon, Haryana on dated[protected], the bill copy and image of pendent are attached here in this email.

Events :
After purchasing the pendent, just in a span of 01-month, we found that 02-diamond stones came out from ear-piece.

We went to your store on[protected] to show the pendent problem, they examined and didn't find any sign of damage or mishandling of the product. They deposited the pendent set for repair and further QC check on the same day.

It is very sad that 02-diamonds came out in just a span of 01-month only, this shows a clear manufacturing fault.

We had clearly asked the sales executives available there regarding the firmness of the diamond pasting and studing, they assured us that the product has been QC passed and all the diamonds are firm and fixed with some special technique and will not come out.

For more than one and half month the product is with you only.
We are not able to use the product even after purchase, then what is the benefit of buying.

Our concerns :
The assurances made with us was completely wrong and false
We would have not purchased product if this was the case of no-surety for the Diamond firmness.
We don't want to come to our store in every 2nd month for repair and to bear a recuring cost for that.
We have never expected this kind of breach of trust over your brand.

Faith & Believe
We went to buy form Reliance jewels because of its market reputation and brand value, but unfortunately we are loosing our faith & believe over the brand, now want a proper solution, that we will not face this issue further.

Bearing an unnecessary cost after buying a diamond set in just a span of one month is really painful and not tolerable.
We will not keep the product without any assurance or guarantee now.
