Reliance Jewels — golden step scheme

I opened account under golden step scheme with rs 10000/- per month for 24 months scheme in april 2019 from mahanagar, lucknow showroom.
I am paying monthly installment online but when i paid rs 10000/- x 2 = rs 20000/- on 20th and 22nd sept, it did not reflect in my online golden step account though my bank account got debited. I could not get right answer to my inquiries with mahanagar, lucknow showroom. Where my money gone? Can someone explain?

I bought diamond eating from reliance jewels jalandhar 20 days ago.. It got deflected when I wore that.I send them to reliance jewels for repair, they repaired the earning. But when I again wore that it got deflected again .please guide me eat to do.I don't want to keep the earring.
