Reliance Jio — Complaint about activation of Jio sim

I have took a sim card on 24/08/2016 my Jio number is this. [protected]... I got my order on the same date of filling up the form.. .and i receive again a delay message on 29 August.. After this i contact to the nearest Jio office... As i give full information to the manager and he told. Me that i have no any idea about this we have Done your order and when your number will turn on we don.t know about this.. ..so i want ask you that why all making us fool and all over the customer.. ...

They said no idea sir about activation please sir activate me sim sir
