Reliance Jio — Complaint about wind 4 set of lyf

Sir i bought wind4 on 10/06/2016 at retail counter in rohtak since this date the set is defective i submit it to service centre at many times but after 2 days same problem of auto shut down is coming at last i complaint it on customer care on phone on 08/08/2016 complaint no is 20305841 but sir i contact many time but no response at last i again submit the whole box to service centre sir please look in to this matter detail of sets are following
