Subject: Complaint against Jio Fiber – No Resolution Since June 10, 2025
Respected Sir/Madam,
I, Mohammad Mujeeb, a resident o[censored]tnoor Mandal, District Adilabad, Telangana – 504311, wish to bring to your kind attention a grievance I have been facing with my Jio Fiber internet connection.
I have been a customer of Jio Fiber, and my connection number is +91-[protected]. On June 10, 2025, I registered a complaint regarding a connectivity issue through the Jio App. The Service Request (SR) Number raised was SR00002H3ZEP.
Despite multiple follow-ups and reminders, the issue has not been resolved to date. I have contacted the local Jio dealer at Utnoor multiple times, but they have shown complete negligence towards resolving the issue. The local representative, Mr. Sriram Nayak, who is managing Jio Fiber services in Utnoor, has been unresponsive and has not taken any concrete steps to fix the problem. This prolonged inaction has caused severe inconvenience in my daily work and communication.
This amounts to deficiency in service and causes mental harassment to me as a customer who is paying for uninterrupted services.
Hence, I am compelled to approach the Consumer Forum to seek necessary action against:
The lack of resolution from Jio Fiber support.
The negligent behavior of the local dealer, Mr. Sriram Nayak.
The continued inconvenience caused despite multiple complaints.
I kindly request the Hon’ble Forum to take appropriate action against the concerned parties and direct them to:
Resolve the issue at the earliest,
Compensate for the delay and inconvenience caused, and
Ensure that such negligence does not recur in the future.
