This is the message i have received in my icici bank yesterday evening when i charged rs 349/- on my mobile no [protected], i contacted your help line 198 & i was told to contact 9091, which says wrong no. & ultimately i contacted 10 digit help line no, mr james vimal who attended me says they have not received recharge, whom to ask for this as the money is already debited in my bank a/c. Earlier also i have lost rs 180/- like this. Is this way you amass wealth to satisfy your desires! Under the pretext of good services. Is there any check on fraudulent activities?

Updated by Rajan100 I have again transferred transferred rs 349 /- from my bank account towards charging of my jio no. through your jio apps on my jio mobile, stiil there is no charge credited to my number, what is happening at your end, why you are taking customers for ride at this age of 70 yrs, who will have faith in your services, your man satish says at help center that system error & money would be credited to my bank account in 10 working days. I wonder how much money you are amassing like this that too interest fre from public. should i abandom my jio number, titaly i have lost rs 698/- since two days while trying to charge my jio no. on your jio apps

I draw your attention to the replies by you executives on jio care, sofar I have tried three time recharging on your jio apps on mobile, it is not accepting, so how your executives can claim I have not tried recharging. Rs 698/- is already debited from sb a/c of icici, so irequest you to reverse the credit in your a/c & rfemit it into my a/c w/o further delay. As ther is no otion of online charging thro mobile, am not able to use your jio facility & i am forced to subscribe to other providers, is this what you boast of service & best rates?
