Reliance Jio Infocomm — 303 amount not refunded | |||
The issue is that I had recharged with Rs.99 for activating prime from myjio app and then Rs. 303 from myjio app on 21st of March. I am a prime member now but the 303 plan has not been applied to my account nor has it been refunded. I recharged from myjio app using paytm . Every hour I receive a message to recharge my account with the new 309 plan. Why should I do that as I did already pay the 303 amount within 21st March and I should be eligible for the summer surprise and then the 303 plan for which I have paid. Jio care had opened multiple service requests and assured me of resolving the issue within 48 hours but it has been 25 days and they have forcefully closed all the service requests saying issue has been resolved. This is a complete case of FRAUDULENCE. I need a solution immediately . Was this information helpful? | |||
