Reliance Jio Infocomm — 3gb per day data exhausted without usage | |
I use jiofi portable wifi for home and have a 3gb per day data pack. Since the last two days, the entire 3gb shows exhausted within minutes of just turning on the device for work from home. Iam certain my work does not use that kind of data, because my phone's airtel sim when tethered for data doesn't exhaust even 1gb for the same amount of work. No other device was connected to my jiofi when it was being used for work, and yet the 3gb vanished. It happened twice consecutively. Screenshot attached. The time the ss was clicked was after a few hours when i checked the jio app for details. The internet limit actually had exhausted within about 30 minutes since switching the jiofi device on.
