I am complaining about 4g data service at guwahati, noonmati, its a very poor data and voice connectivity at my location, i twitte 3times bit no respond from your side, we thought as a reliance family you are providing best services to us but practically not happen you are providing 2g services, you changes only tag 2g to 4g, we as a customer we have no opting to port out jio sim because from jio sim port out sms not send to 1900 server, our last option is throw out the sim from our handset, is it any chance to improve your services Was this information helpful? | |||

I am live in village Ramlochonpur. Pin 743336.
The tower is situated in Ullan near Sisu Uddan.
My village Ramlochonpur is less than 1km from the tower. But we getting very bad signal. We cant surf internet and calling properly. Very urgent.
Please solve the problem with care.
