Reliance Jio Infocomm — 5 days pre-reminder calls for recharging

I am here complaining for annoying annoying 5 days pre-reminder calls for recharging on the jio number [protected]. I have even informed in the customer care 3 times but till date no action is taken for this issue. Some times it causes distraction while driving which can turn into an accident and for this same jio is not taking any kind of responsibility.

This telecom company says promotional and reminder calls are by default and authorized by trai. I think trai should not allow such telecom companies to allow such promotional and reminder calls inorder to avoid distraction and kind of mishap. If trai is allowing such, then i request either trai or telecom companies to take the responsibilty for the mishap which might occur.
