D/sir, This is to inform you that i had a enquiry about my jio mobile no.- [protected] on 31/03/2018 time at 5.28 pm with one of your executive mr. Deva (As name told by him) used a filthy and abusive language with me, which has recorded in my mobile no.- [protected]. When i react the such language of him, then he refused. But it is true and confirmed in recording during the such enquiry. In this connection you are requested to kindly take the suitable action against him on such word used by him to your valuable customer like me and inform me the action taken bu you against him, so that it will be not repeat in future by your representative with your valuable customer.
