I made a recharge of rs 408 on 14th april 2017... For which my account was debited but the offer didn't got subscribed in my no [protected]... The customer care executives has given assurance to refund the money within 7 days.. Now more than 20 days has passed... But no money has been refunded.. My account. Please enquire the matter.
