Dear sir, I have done recharge of rs. 11 on 7th november 2019 at 9.44pm from paytm app. But the sum of rs. 11 was deducted from my attach bank account as well as paytm wallet (Which is 11 +11) The above matter was conveyed to the toll free no. & the executive told me that the amount will be refunded in next 7 working days. But still i am awaiting for the refund. You are kindly requested to refund my wrong deducted amount as early as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||

Extra plan was charged by mistake on my same number need the money to be refunded.The plan was supposed to be recharged on the other number
