Reliance Jio Infocomm — Amount debited from my ICICI Bank Account but recharge failed | |||
Dear Sir/Madam During a Jio recharge of ₹599 on my Jio number from my Jio app on 28/10/2020 at 14:25 through ICICI UPI Id the recharge fails but the respective amount has been debited from my ICICI Bank Account immediately after the process and an error message showing the recharge failure displays on My Jio app. Please credit my debited amount as soon as possible, it's a humble request to take action on the above mentioned content immediately.
