Amount deducted for JIO Prime Membership but it’s not activated yet Hi Team Jio, I am recharged My Jio no [protected] on March 31, 2017 for activating Jio prime through Online (www.jio.com ) via my credit card and the amount (Rs. 99) was deducted from my account by 11:25 am. I have received a payment confirmation notification which shows “Your transaction is underway. You will be notified on its status shortly.” As per credit card statement my recharge was successful but the JIO Prime Membership is not activated yet. There is no confirmation message received from Team Jio and waiting for confirmation of JIO Prime Membership.
