Reliance Jio Infocomm — Amount deducted from my account | |||||
I have recharged my jio number with Rs 303 from paytm on 7th Apr 2017, the payable amount of Rs 303 got deducted from my account but the transaction did not complete and showed pending message on order details.It has been three days since the transaction is in process and no further proceedings has been done.I want to cancel my order since the desired benefits of the recharge could not be availed now. my Order No is [protected] on paytm Was this information helpful? | |||||

I was doing a recharge of 99 . The recharge was not successful but the amout of rs 99+99 is debitted from bank account. When i get bavk my money of rs 198 .As they are not responding anything

As i have recharged my number with 99 for jio prime but i haven't got a confirmation message so i tried to call the customer servie 1000 times but they didnot take my call... so i believe that this is the inconvenience shown towards customer by the reliance jio team...
