Reliance Jio Infocomm — amount is debited from my account successful but the recharge has failed and i didn't get any refund till now | |
Hi i have recharged my mobile no [protected] of 399/- by applying voucher of rs 50/- total amount is 349 on 4th april 2019 12pm at that time using myjio app and i have paid through phonepe app of rs 349/- even payment has done successfully and amount also debited from my bank account but plan or recharge not added to my mobile no till now. I want refund my money to my account till now it is not credited to my bank account. Please solve my problem quickly. Was this information helpful? | |
