Reliance Jio Infocomm — amount of transaction failure not credited since 22 days | |||
For Prebooking of JIO SMART PHONE from Net Banking, The Amount of Rs. 1500/= and Rs. 500/=, i.e Total Rs.2000/= was debited from my account of HDFC Bank, Ashram Road, Ahmedabad. Total 7 nos. of smartphones of Rs.3500/= were done from my jio no.[protected] on 24th August. The Transaction Nos. on 24th August, 2017 which were failed as below, (1) JHDF[protected]-BILLDKRELIANCEJIOINF[protected] for Rs. 1500/= & (2) JHDF[protected]-BILLDKRELIANCEJIOINF[protected] for Rs. 500/= After due course, The amount has not been credited to the savings account, HDFC Bank till date. Please note that there is No Id no. was issued for the same transaction.Registration failed messages had received on my mobile immediately. It is requested to expedite to credit the sum of Rs. 2000/= to the account mentioned at the earliest. There were 10 nos. Of mail conversations made with more than 5 members of Jio care team since last 4 days on [protected]@jio.com.(including toll free calls on customer care no.) Despite of several clear information given, there were multiple prototype replies from customer care authorities without checking any details of previous conversations. Its too surprising that such a leading company with huge scheme has no fullproof and result oriented CUSTOMER CARE(JIO CARE) system to resolve customer grievances especially on their money transaction which were debited wrongly from their account !!!
