My joi number has low network in my house.i have complaint many time but no solutions.i recharged every 28days 149/- but i cant get full network.i am very sufur abuot this problem.i have to right get full netwok and jio supose to give full network.     I asked for Jio Fiber connection cancellation on Mar 28th, 2019. According to Jio customer care, it takes two months from the date of cancellation for them to process the refund of the security deposit given for the router (Rs 4500) at the time of installation.

    Now, it's been two and a half months and nobody has showed up to pick up the router. Without router pick up, they cant process the refund. I have raised multiple requests about pick up on call and emails. Every time I get a response like engineer will visit, we have escalated the issue. Please be patient.

    Also, there is no other way to give them the router back. I am clueless to what I could do.

    I asked for another router installation and the engineer came instantaneously. He also did not want to pick up my router as he said he is only supposed to do the installation and not take anything back.

    I am fed up with calling multiple times. I do not know what to do anymore. Please advice.

      I had recharged my jio number([protected]) for rs 399 plan(349 + 50rs voucher) on 15 june 2019.I did not received any confirmation sms from jio about the recharge. I had done the recharge through My jio app.I had paid the amount through phone pe app.The transaction id is ICI2b80cbea16b84f[protected]e39ac78e.I want my recharge done as soon as possible.

        My jio giga fiber is constantly showing a red blinking light and there is no internet connectivity.
        I have called the customer care but no one is picking up the phone.
        It was working without any problem till 14th june but on the morning of 15th june it started giving problems. I even tried to switch it off and then turn it back on again in the hope that it will start showing green light but no.
        So please help.

          I did recharge on jio no. for Rs 297/-.
          It shows recharge is successful but i am not able to use its benefits as my phone is not jio phone its normal android phone .
          The recharge is done by My jio app which is truly processed by Reliance Jio.
          My concern is if i do not hold the jio phone then this recharge should not have completed.
          I made contact with customer care but they saying they do not have any provision to transfer or refund for such transaction done by app.
          Which is truly not acceptable.
          If it is like then they are staright a way looting the customers and charging people for which they are not using any services from company.

          It is fully not acceptable that they dont have refund or transfer of recharge facilities.
          I beleive human errors can happens but its system generated error .
          Jio company should have not processed the recharge if it was not the Jio phone.

          There is no use of this recharge to me .
          As i dont have Jio phone to use such services then service provider also dont have any rights to charge me for it.

            I'm using Jio number[protected]. I realized that my current plan has 2GB Data only. No call or messaging facility. I can use data but I cannot make calls or send text messages. And this plan will expire in June 27, 2019. So I want to cancel the current plan and recharge new plan with both data and call unlimited. Please, help me and cancel my current plan.

              I am a Jio customer for the last 2 years or more. I am observing for the last 1.5 years, the the internet speed provided by Jio in my area has deteriorated over time. The current speed can be compared to upgraded 2G speed. Jio had promised seamless internet connection from the time of its inception. It was true in the early days of its launch.
              I had complained several times to Jio and everytime I had got false assurances. It is really a matter of concern that despite several complains the Company does not pay any attention to our issues.
              The company has itself admitted that there is severe limited coverage issue in my area and that the problem can be solved only by new site installation in my vicinity( SERVICE REQUEST No. SR00000VZGYY through National Consumer Helpline.) They asked for 90 days time and assured that the problem will solved by 4th june, 2019. However, to my dismay nothing was done. Now, even the signal has started fluctuating continuosly. I again complained to Jio through National Consumer Helpline quoting SR00000VZGYY and this time they stated that though site location in my locality is a must, but they are not in a position to instal a site in my locality. They even denied to state any tentative deadline to solve this issue.
              My question to your highly esteemed office are as follows:
              1. Why should I be deprived of seamless internet connectivity?
              2. If Jio knows that there limited coverage in my area for quite long time, why had not they taken concrete action even before I lodged the 1st complain?
              3. How can they commit seamless connectivity in my area and then turn down the proposal?
              4. If I am paying for 4G connectivity why have I to remain satisfied with upgraded 2G connection?
              5.Can I get a permanent positive resolution immediately and a deadline?
              I would request your high office to look into this matter with utmost importance and compel Jio to take drastic steps to solve the issue immediately.
              I am hereby uploading some proofs which will definitely make my complain full proof.

              3. Screen shots of mails sent by Jio regarding new site installation within 90 days, i.e., by 4th june, 2019

                .Im facing the same problem, On 11th of june 2019 My internet speed get reduced to 40- 8kbps even though i have 45.8gb high speed data left, My jio giga fibre modem is continously blinking red which indicates internet connection broken.I registered a complain for the issue on 11th of june 2019 same day when the problem started via [protected] but Haven't recieved any help, They told me soon within 24 hours a technician will visit but none of them has visited yet.Today at 9;00 am 13/06/2019 again i registered a complain about the same issue, the customer care guy told me my complain has open status and will take 24hours max for the issue to be solved which is a lie because they told me the same thing the first day I registered the complain.Its been three days without connection.Never thought the service of jio will be so pathetic.                   I got a Reliance jio gigafiber connection installed at my residence at flat no. 1454, Phase 9, Mohali (SASNagar) by depositing a refundable security deposit of rs.4, 500/-. My reliance mobile no. registered for giga fibre connection is [protected]. There are issues of internet Speed which is very slow. There is no contact no. where we can lodge a complaint. There is only one telephone no.available to contact them[protected]. It is a voice activated no. and the only option available on this no. is to send an invite for a new gigafiber connection. It seems that we have been defrauded. I want to surrender the connection and get my security back .

                  My internet gets exhausted without using. Sometimes it gets exhausted during midnight or in the afternoon when no one is using. It shows 0kb out of 2 gb. It's hotspot was also off.When I check the usage it shows that it was used at 1:40 am in the night when i was sleeping. How could this be possible.

                    JIO Fiber guys came to my house and took money from me and promised that JIO Fiber will get install in 2 days. It has been 11 days nothing has been done. I've written to JIO care numerous times but didn't hear anything from them.

                    I called to JIO Fiber guys numerous times and but no one is interested to do anything. I called to the person who installed it, he gave another person's number and the loop going on and on and on. I finally got the number of Indirapuram regional head's who is in charge of the installation of JIO Fiber in my society I called him and explained to him, but he also didn't do anything.

                    Can anyone from JIO Fiber address this request and if you are not installing the Internel please RETURN MY MONEY BACK!!!

                      I had recharged my jio number [protected] for the 399 rs plan
                      (349 with 50 rs voucher) on 11th of june2019. I did not receive any sms from jio confirming the recharge but the myjio app showed that the recharge was successful. The BHIM App transaction id for the payment of rs.349 (399 plan - 50 voucher) is[protected]. I am unable to make any outgoing calls in spite of recharging it. Please resolve immediately.

                        It has been since an year and I have complained twice or thrice about the same issues of very slow internet connectivity, about 10-20 percent of what I pay for and this time there is a nuisance of very frequent call drops too. Everytime my precious time is wasted by customer care on the pretext of prechecks, troubleshooting etc and when nothing is detected all they say is, give us 15-30 days, a tower is about to come up at your place and your problem will be solved. Nothing has been done, not even problem resolution and no confirmation is taken regarding it being resolved and the complaint is closed without that everytime. Either I should be given a resolution or else I want a refund of my hard earned money from Jio for its lousy services and callous attitude towards customer issues. I am a subscriber since 3 years and facing issues since 2 years.

                            I am facing low network issue in my area since 5 months now. Forget about i getting an internet connection, I do not even get a single network bar at my premises. I have contacted Jio customer care multiple times and i have got not solution( Jio never takes it seriously). Last time when i interacted with Jio care and spoke to the supervisor about the issue, the sup said that we are raising this concern and the issue will be taken care on next 6 months. Do you really thing we as a customer are stupid and have not work as wait for the issue to get resolve for 6 months and on top of it and also pay Rs 199 monthly rental.

                            * I had also advised the sup to setup a engineer visit as the sup himself confirmed that the area has low network issue but no action taken.
                            * Advised to get network booster installed and that's also not done as i believe JIO is just charging money but not providing any service.

                            Other service providers like Airtel, Vodafone works absolutely fine in my area apart from Jio.

                              Rajendera Adapa is existence under registeration with us with Rrliance jio infocomm limited.Whenever we are asking for rent they are saying I emailed to Reliance head office and work in progress. But still they are paying my rent.
                              We are paid GST from 1 year as per given GST number by Consignee(buyer). But still we not received even the GST. Every time when we are asking always they giving different reasons.

But my jio app if saying i don't have any activated. I went to many reliance digital stires near me, but they can't help and told me talk to customer care.Neither I'm being able to talk to their customer care executive, as there is no such facility. I can't make outgoing calls. Kindly sort it asap.

                                        My jio phone not getting on. The battery is full but phone is not working. When i plug charger to the phone it shows battery 100%. but it is not getting start. I am not using any SD card on it. i am using it from last 6 months. Please resolve it as soon as possible.
