Sir, I purchased a Jio phone at 3 months back while driving the bike my Jio phone was fallen down.The Jio phonescrews were loose over I only did screws tight and the Jio sticker is not there and the phone is not working so I want to replace my Jio mobile.I was searched in Google WWW.Jiophone.com I seen a warranty 1 year for Jio phone so I wentto Jio store they were asking sticker sir my phone has no sticker please help me sir and reply me also sir I have the good opinion Jio service one of best service mine is Jio sir

    Sir, I have port my bsnl no to jio for better service. But I didn't get either calling or net speed in my residencial area. Sir I have already complained several times . But i got sympathy.your call center person said to me after 3 months your problem is solved. But my problem is same. In another area both are correct.

    So sir please solve my problem

      Dear Sir,

      I belong to South Gautam Nagar, Fatehpur, U.P. I have been facing the network and internet speed problem for last 2 months. after 12 PM everyday internet speed goes down drastically in this area. Many people has ported their no even Last month I was using my secondary no for internet. Lats month due to offer I recharged again and Facing same problem. I do some work on internet I need good speed but after 12 PM I can't even open a website, facebook & can't run a video even on 360p quality.

      I never used Jio before. Somehow I had to port into JIO 4 months back. 300-400 rs is not a concern but I need good internet speed to work on. This time I am not receiving even speed equal to a 3G network.

        The network of jio service provider is so poor that I can't even call someone.I have been staying here for months but nothing changed.I hope you people will take it seriously because without internet or network and lots of data is waste and I am seriously considering to switch my network provider...

            The jio number [protected] has been activated. This subscriber has misused my mobile number ([protected]) for the purpose authentication . auth ref code 4340e7c0388c4a389b364199bb0e8de9, they have used "fingerprint'' on[protected] at 15:39:12 hrs at a device deployed by "Reliance jio infocomm limited" and the sim has been already delivered to them.

            kindly block my number which has been misused by the subscriber and fix this problem as soon as possible.

              The internet speed is too low at panjab university chandigarh sector 14. Even it is slow than 2g speed. I have mailed @ jio care also but always got same reply that it happens only for few hours. But i am facing slow speed for whole day.
              The network coverage is also poor some time.in the hostel room we can't even talk because of network problem. Please check it as soon as possible.. And find a solution for it.

                Jio number [protected], i an using jio number net purpose, on 25th June 18, twice recharge done, i thought due to double dhamaka offer i get for twice recharge i get period extended 70+84 =154 days, but only 84 days extended . query raised in JIOcare, but not received proper solution, i dont want refund . i want extend my period

                  My name is vipin and i am in dubai, uae. I have a jio number (62*). I activated the global ir pack of rs.1101 on 18th june 2018 from kerala itself and i returned back to dubai on 19th.

                  The sim was working fine from then till 24th june. On 25th morning i got an email and message saying that my international roaming has been activated... Soon my network disappeared. From then onward my sim is not registering to the network here.

                  I contacted the jio support over phone, email, chat, whatsapp everywhere, but the issue is not fixed even after 11 days. They always have only one pre-defined reply... "regret for the inconvenience.. We are taking care of the issue in high priority and give us additional 48hrs..."

                  In this way they asked me 6 times for the next 48hrs.. And its still going like that. The main issue is that the customer team are not able to find the issue too.. They always asking me to choose home imsi in sim toolkit... I told them 100 times there is no option available... But each time when i contact them... New representative comes and ask all the tings from the beginning and simply says sorry... And they are saying they will revert me back soon...

                  Nothing happens... Next day i had to call again for the same and the same process going on as normal.

                  Finally i contacted other support team (My friends) told them to disable the international imsi on my sim card, so it will solve the problem... But what they replied me is that, they are not able to disable it. But actually they activated it on 25th june... (International imsi was disabled till june 24th). But they are not able to disable it.

                  There is no co ordination between the team in their support team. I am sure, they will not fix the issue... Because even after 11 days they are not able to find out the issue.

                      I live in pin code 700117. I use jio fi router. Last few days my network speed is so bad that i have to use slang language to express it. The speed is lower than 2g. I recharged ₹498 a data pack 2gb/day. Although i didn't use 100mb they are emailing me you have used 50% of your high speed data. I think you are as worst as a thief. You thik you are giving 4g speed but most of the place the speed is like 3g or even worst. Requesting you solve the problem of my area. The speed was good 10/15 days ago but now it's very very bad.

                          Reliance jio infocomm — outgoing call blocked on my jio sim
                          I have recharge my jio sim from rs 399 and validity upto 23 aug 2018. All calls free and daily 1.5 gb data daily in this plan but from today i am not able to make any call. Today i am found one msg that i am missuse this plan but i am only make a call on my family or family members. When i talk to customer care they advice me to reacharge rs 149 for continue outgoing call. But in term and condition not any place this is not mention that i am not making unlimited call to our family and friends. So please help from this type of fraud promise given by company. Tomorrow on 4 july a customer support was calling on number and give me assurance that my out going plan will be access again but it is not truth. I make any on any number so please help me.

                            I have ported my number to jio few days back as their network is advertised as 4g but i am continuously facing network issues and getting speed at average of 0.15mbps which is less than 2g. After conducting speed test from jio's own net velocity app i have raised several complaints but the company failed to provide any resolution and stated that the area is not adequately covered and also denied my request of refund or port out before 90 days. I would also like to point out that i am living in a well known urban city and also an exclusive jio outlet is operational in the radius of 1.5 kms and also i am facing issue at my registered address. My complaint is why the company accepted my documents if they are not able to provide service at the given address and also how can they sell services out of their serviceable area. Additionally if they are not able to provide service than they should let me port out and also should be charged for fraud.

I am facing network coverage, call, and internet problem from last 1 year and continuously complaining about network coverage issue. Whenever I call customer care, they take Complaint and come with a stupid resolution that network up-gradation work is going on and it will resolve in 120 to 180 days. Or I have to forcefully Port my number to Airtel as Airtel has good network than Jio and providing me good internet speed.

                                      I have done a recharge of ₹399 on 22nd june 2018 wherein double dhamaka offer was active, i activated the same add-on pack on 22nd, but now when i see the plan in myjio app it doesn't showing up additional data pack, the executive on jio care chat and jio care told me that it got expired since you have activated on previous plan which got expired on 22nd june.in first place how are they attaching the add on i received as part of new recharge to old plan? There was no warning about the expiry date. Please help restoring the add-on package
