I hardly talk for some hours with my family only after offive in the evening. Jio customer service messaged that i am making abnormally high no of calls and they have discontinued my outgoing call. When i called jio customer to port to airtel, then they told, jio has no bar on call limit like airtel, jio provides hd voice, plz don't port and continue jio, i recharged 498. Now it has validity until april and they have stopped my outgoing call. I talk 2-4 hours a day. They have never communicated about their limit and conditions that we have to adhere else our outgoing will be blocked. Now they are asking to recharge again. I request to immediately restore my services rather than exploiting me.
