I have been using jio sim card from beginning and i had always suspected that the figure they give for data usage are incorrect. Today, i got a confirmation.
The daily 1 gb limit starts at 2 am. I woke up in morning and had just started seeing my messages and got a message at 5.47 am that 90% of my high speed data was used. I was shocked to see that and before the shock subsided, within one minute, i got another message at 5.48 that 100% data was used.
When i have tried to put forward my grievance on no 198, the answer is "our instrument shows data usage'.in spite of trying to explain the situation, the stereo type answer is the same that the data have been used as per their record.
This is a pure case of cheating and nothing else. Previously, i was using 2 gb data of airtel in my another number and it used to work for almost the entire month.
This was not at all expected from dhirubhai's family.
Reliance Jio Infocomm customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
