Jio always trying to fool customer with same reply.

My jio number is [protected], i am trying to recharge my number with jio app for amount of 399, so i was done process through paytm wallet but after all process jio display a message that your recharge gone fail and other side my paytm wallat deduct 349 rs regarding transaction no. [protected].
I was talk to jio, but customer care executive rudely reply me that we can not do any thing you can contact paytm, then i call to paytm so they explain whole thing that payment done from paytm but somehow error in jio side so talke to jio care regarding this.
So i am requesting you that if you unable to get my payment details then send me "decline payment" mail like paytm send me "payment success" mail.
If this issue not resolve asap i will forward that thing in twitter and other contact person of jio.
Note : please review forward mail from paytm.

I am asking you that when you need money you just deduct that much amount within a minute and when customers in problem regarding payment you asking for waiting of 48hrs.

You better known that if i am going to recharge my number from my jio application so i am only eligible for 50 rs discount coupon so it's recharge amount is 399 but benefits of coupon i have to pay only 349 rs. Now if i am going to recharge other number my jio application doesn't allowed me to use discount coupon so there no recharge for another number in 349, i have to make it 399.
My recharge amount is 349rs, which is deducted from my paytm account.
So, mistake is from jio side revert my money. I am definitely in mood of legal process.
