On[protected], I recharged my Jio Number with Rs.209/- plan but I didn't received any message from Jio about recharge confirmation. I checked My Jio app and it shows my recharge as successful but I'm not able to call or receive any calls from anybody. SMS and internet services are also not working.
I recharged sim through Paytm app and it also shows the recharge as successful.
I contacted Jio Customer Care and they are claiming it to be traffic issue which isn't true at all as I have 2 other Jio sims that are working fine. I have also tried to use my Jio sim from different locations but it didn't work at all. They refused to refund me as they don't have any provision for that. Please refund my money.

Complaint marked as Resolved I did contacted the customer care but they didn't resolve my issue, they kept on saying that the issue is due to heavy traffic in my locality and all that excuses I mentioned above. But I resolved it myself today.
Solution:
1. Go to phone settings> Network & Internet >Mobile Network> Jio Sim
2. Disable all of these: Mobile Data, Roaming, Enhanced 4G LTE Mode
3. Now click on Access Point Names. Click the three dots on the top-right side of the screen and Reset to default.
4. Now go back and enable all the settings that were disabled in Step 2.
5.Hope it will work for you.
