My data usage stats are showing only 623 mb were used meanwhile I got message from jio care about 90% usage of data. This is happening from last 2-3 day. I tried to contact the JIO care advisor to resolve this issue, but they didn't help me. This is totally scam. Appropriate action must be taken against them.

    Suddenly app isnt opening... Showing something went wrong.
    I have done all things required to reinstall etc but same issue.
    2 days i can't recharge my customars for your negligence.
    Very very Pathetic experience without informing your doing this.

    After saying so much, no one is fixing the problem till today. My account has a balance of 400 rs. And this is the situation.

    Just saying now go get there.Are we mad dogs or will we run after Jio? Always taking Click on this link to solve the problem.
    Why is the app not opening for 7 days, I want the answer and what happened to my money.

    Why didn't you tell us that there will be so many problems? Everything is happening here.

    Immediately resolved my issue and revert soon and find the attachment.

      My Jio Fiber connection got disconnected. Rs 1500 was charged for the new connection. After a month o[censored]sage I got the message that to resume your connection kindly mail, which i did on the same day, 27.7.22. Even after the mail, i got the message on 30.7.22, that your connection is terminated. Now the customer care is suggesting to take a new connection and my Rs1500 went into vain.

      These are just the cheap tactics to extract and harass the customers.

        Request ID : SR00001BSH8G, raised on 25th June 2022. As per company norms the expected resolution time is 10 Jul, 2022 . After that continuously I had called to your Jio fiber service call center and informed that escalated this issue and will resolved asap (with in 24 hours my device will get picked due to engineers are busy and not refunded amount yet). Not yet resolved.

        Issue Background

        1. I had taken the Jio fiber service on 05 May 2022 and its 3 months plan - paid Rs2474.46. And then

        2 . I had shifted my rent house on 09 Jun 2022 and relocated to nearest place in same area. Next I had raised the relocation request for Jio fiber connection.

        3. As suggested and verified by Jio service engineer, connection not possible due to all Ports are used already.

        4. I had raised surrender request and disconnect, refund of Jio fiber amount. Still now device not picked

        5. Not able to provide the refund amount still

        6. Almost more than month (From 09th June 2022 to still now) not using Jio fiber internet.

          The agents of Jio refuse to pickup the router that i had requested on 7th July, 2022.

          The problem is that I have relocated within Delhi this July first week ( Uttam Nagar West) .
          I was residing earlier in Malviya Nagar New Delhi.

          I wanted to shift my jio fibre connection from Malviya Nagar to Uttam Nagar West but the jio fibre connection is not available in Uttam Nagar.

          So i had to cancel my connection of Jio fibre. I was being told by plenty of Jio customer care service agents that my router will be picked up within 14 days after the cancellation process. I had requested to cancel my Jio fibre connection on 7 th July 2022. I waited for the agents to come after 14 days.

          Now the biggest issue is that the agents call me, asking the location of pickup and landmark near by. I tell them every day. They ask me the appropriate time to pickup my Jio fibre router i provide them the timings of availability still they never come.

          At the end of the day, everyday it's been happening since 3 weeks that i speak to the agents regarding pickup. They talk regarding the preferable timings and i receive a message from Jio after the call that " as per your request we have rescheduled the jio fibre router pickup for tomorrow" .

          This is the conversation I have been having and the message I have been receiving every single day for the past 3 weeks.

          It seems like there is no way out of this loop. There is no way of getting my deposit money back from the company.

          It extremely disappointing to get this kind of behaviour from and Jio. My previous landlord is also getting furious that i have left the premises but my belonging still hasn't ( Jio fibre router).

          I am still waiting for the representatives to come to the premises for collection of Jio router. Still no one has come. Again I've been given the false hope that the representative was suppose to come today ( 29/07/2022) in between 9 am to 10 am. No one came. It's a never-ending loop . Highly disappointed. Kindly help.

              I had recharged my number yesterday at 8:23pm with the data pack of 30GB of Rs 181 and the moment the recharge was confirmed 10 GB got deducted at 8:23pm only. I want compensation for it this cheating how can you deduct data without any usage and any background apps running.

                I have raised an installation for Jio Fiber broadband connection on 24th July and was told that the broadband connection will be installed within 24hrs, it’s been 4 days now and the installation is not yet done, since I am working from home I am extremely affected by this delay, I’ve called the customer support 6 times and they have disconnected all my calls while asking reason for delay, the technician doesn’t pick my calls, the person who took my money for the service is not providing me details on when it will be installed. Complained on twitter and they ask me to wait again.

                  I recharged my jio fiber on 28-07-22. By mistake I recharged it of 1768 instead of 470.now jio customer care are not supporting in transfer of the recharged plan.please help me

                    On[protected], I recharged my Jio Number with Rs.209/- plan but I didn't received any message from Jio about recharge confirmation. I checked My Jio app and it shows my recharge as successful but I'm not able to call or receive any calls from anybody. SMS and internet services are also not working.
                    I recharged sim through Paytm app and it also shows the recharge as successful.

                    I contacted Jio Customer Care and they are claiming it to be traffic issue which isn't true at all as I have 2 other Jio sims that are working fine. I have also tried to use my Jio sim from different locations but it didn't work at all. They refused to refund me as they don't have any provision for that. Please refund my money.

                    I did contacted the customer care but they didn't resolve my issue, they kept on saying that the issue is due to heavy traffic in my locality and all that excuses I mentioned above. But I resolved it myself today. Solution: 1. Go to phone settings> Network & Internet >Mobile Network> Jio Sim 2. Disable all of these: Mobile Data, Roaming, Enhanced 4G LTE Mode 3. Now click on Access Point Names. Click the three dots on the top-right side of the screen and Reset to default. 4. Now go back and enable all the settings that were disabled in Step 2. 5.Hope it will work for you.

                        Unable to return jio fiber router

                        The issue is that I am facing difficulty in returning my jio fibre router.

                        The agents of Jio refuse to pickup the router that i had requested on 7th July, 2022.

                        Half of the installation of tower is done.But the jio people have not taken the permission for the installation so the residents have stopped the process.
                        The construction has stopped since 4years.
                        The appropriate jio authority should take the materials and do the needy.

                              During the past few days the network reception in my locality, Kenduguri Manik Chandra Baruah Road Jorhat, is drastically reduced. Network bars are dropping off and internet is rendered useless, websites take forever to load and YouTube doesn't load, and high ping of 999 along with server loss is being faced, this is really frustrating. I hope the jio authority in charge of the locality where I live resloves the matter as fast as possible.

                                  I ordered a jio fibre connection last month in june. After no agent installed internet connection for 4 days, i cancelled the jio fibre order. I haven't recieved my refund till now in my MobiKwik wallet. It's been 23 days. I recieved the message for refund process on 2nd jul'22. I have called multiple times in jio and raised many complaints. They are not helping at all and fooling me for weeks.

                                    Hi,

                                    My Jio fiber connection got installed on 24th March 22 end and soon after testing it for 7-8 days I requested for the uninstallation in the free trial period as I was facing some serious issues with VPN connectivity and the speed was too slow. Their executive also acknowledged the issue with VPN connectivity and showed his helplessness.

                                    After seeing Jio's executive response I thought to go for disconnection, so I called JIO customer care number and followed all the processes as explained by the customer care executive, they promised that soon the device and blank cancelled cheque will be picked up from my location and the refund process would start.

                                    Since then it has been more than 90 days that I am getting SMS and mails from JIO on regular basis such as "UNINSTALLATION visit scheduled for JioFiber connection Order Number CO0000L8HRUE" for the uninstallation but no one turns up from JIO to pick the device and refund of my amount.

                                    They are making false promises about the refund and trial period.

                                    Please do the needful.

                                    Looking for a positive response.

                                      I have received msg that your data is 100% consumed and have confirmed my usage in mobile and jio app there is no conformation of date used 2GB.

                                      The customer care they told they don't have facilities to check your data consumption. So it seems promoting purchasing of additional data vouchers..?
                                      Requested to looking that urgently and restore the data asap
