      With due respected sir i krishna kant choubey use mobile no [protected] of jio. On 07.04.2017 an amounting rs.303.00 recharged with jio money transition id no[protected] but the said recharged not done still now and also not returned my recharged amount. After various time call to customer care but no solve my problem after left 33 days. I also call to jio money. So i therefore request my owner presently i suffering hopeless condition in this related. If help me for solve my problem then obliged thereby.

      My self lal bahadur Singh from varanasi, utterpradesh. On[protected] an amounting of rs 199 recharged on my jio number, but unfortunately it didn't recharge on my phone but it shows successful on the retailer end. Then help me what should I do next now !!!

        Dear sir/madam
        Since jio network has been introduced in our country long back it has covered all the states areas, towns, cities, its network is available almost everywhere but there is unavailability of jio network in our area which is located in bokaro steel city (Address-bhatua, post-baidhmara, dist-bokaro-827009, jharkhand) the network has already reached to our nearby places around 50 km far from our area long back but till now it hasn't reached to our town and with its introduction and along with the poor availability of other networks and poor internet connection we were hoping to have jio network here in our area but it seems the wait is not going to over and the network will not cover our place.
        Here is a request to you please make jio network /install jio 4g tower (If you want to install jio tower in our area, then i hve an individual land suitable for tower) such that we can access it without any hassle and can also overcome the problem of having poor internet connection from other networks.
        This would be a great help and solution to the people staying in the district bokaro and also for the people who all are staying in the urban places near to it.

            I have recharged "JIO-Prime" activation and "Jio-Summer Special Offer" for Rs.402 on "4th of April" but did not get any confirmation message/call from JIO but the amount has been deducted from my bank account and got the mail also. When speaking to customer care they informed that the recharge was not done and the amount will be refunded to my account within 10 working days. The complaint number which they had raised is "SR000007WNF3". Till now refund not received. I have mailed regarding this to "[protected]@jio.com" where I got the same reply saying we will reach you within 48 hours but did not get any calls. After few days they are sending "the service request has been resolved" messages/mails which is not resolved yet. Please look into the issue and revert back as soon as possible.             I am experiencing a very low Internet speed below 1 mbps. I have paid the 303. For premium membership but still the speed is pathetic also I didn't get the 50/- Cashback while paying through jio money that was also fake promise. Pls increase the Internet speed n refund the 50/- towards cash back immediately.

                As per your advertisement, the below mentioned recharges done through JIO money, enclosed the date, time, amount and transaction reference etc for your reference.

                Amount transfered from my account to your account and I got success message on each transaction, but not get the service from JIO and JIO customer care told me that, they have not received the payment.

                29.03.[protected] Time:13.50 Rs.99

                30.03.[protected] Time:21.28 Rs.402

                07.04.[protected] Time: 23.02 Rs.303

                08.04.[protected] Time:22.43 Rs.303

                Please note that, already one and half month my money in your hand but you are not ready to provide the service or refund.

                Please note that, JIO barred the call and internet service to the above mentioned number. and they have no idea about the time, how much time they want to clear the issue, always telling, with in 24 hour they will clear the issue.

                How can I run my business, with out call and internet, So I request your that, you can take your own time, no problem, but please give the service to a customer, to the period.

                So Please coordinate the issue with the concerned department\company and please do the immediate action to activate the above mentioned connection or refund the money

                  Jio tower is situated in sonkatch, sehore, madhya pradesh has network problem about 15 days. Some times network discontinue and always says network busy on call every time.

                    Since jio network has been introduced in our country long back it has covered all the states areas, towns, cities, its network is available almost everywhere but there is unavailability of jio network in our area which is located in odisha, (Place add-umerkote, dist-nabarangpur-pin-764073) near to the border of chhattisgarh, the network has already reached to our nearby places around 50 km far from umerkote long back but till now it hasn't reached to our town and with its introduction and along with the poor availability of other networks and poor internet connection we were hoping to have jio network here in our area but it seems the wait is not going to over and the network will not cover our place.
                    Here is a request to you please make jio network available in our town such that we can access it without any hassle and can also overcome the problem of having poor internet connection from other networks.
                    This would be a great help and solution to the people staying in umerkote and also for the people who all are staying in the urban places near to it.

                        This is regarding the issue that i've mentioned in my previous complaint (Service request id sr0000093x36). Today also my data got exhausted and i didn't even use that data. I don't know why but this is happening with me in between 12.45am to 1.30am. Jio automatically exhausts my data for no such reason and this is very disturbing and disgusting. It is showing that i've used 1gb of data at 1.10am. Well i didn't download anything neither do i watched online video, i used whatsapp only that too without downloading then how in the world my data got consumed? I've lodged another complaint regarding this but i want a proper solution now.

                        This is disgusting as it's get automatically consumed and not able to utilise whenever required ...complained about the same to customer care .not satisfied with their answer.

                          My jio number is [protected]. I am already enrolled with reliance jio prime membership with 99. After that i had a recharge of 149 (2 gb for 28 days) on 1th april 2017. On 8 th may 2017 my data balance is exhausted so i contacted with someone lady executive via 198 customer helpline at 8.00 pm from my number. She confidently suggested me to recharge with rs 309 & never tell me the details that one cannot recharge with another promo (Rs 309) within previous stipulated time, but after the payment when i was tried to use my net balance, it is not working but the recharge was done successfully how is it possible. Now another customer executive confirm me that i am not eligible for the recent recharge. I want to make complain for the insufficient knowledge of your customer executive & confidently misguide a reliable customer. I am very disappointed from your esteemed company customer communication. We are facing a problem and looking for a genuine solution. Hoping for your kind and correct response. Solve it as soon as possible.

                            I have a jio no.[protected], that was recharged ₹149 plan on 23/03/17. Due to low data i recharged ₹309 plan on 06/05/17 on that no. But i did not get any benefits of 309. As per telephonic discussion by customer care i know that the 149 plan is still actived. After 44 days of recharge how the 149 plan is activated? I also know that the last recharge of any network will be activate and previous all recharge should be abolished, so how the previous recharge is still alive?

                              My no.[protected] I was recharge rs.408 on 15th April 2017 amount is debited from my IOB bank past two days my outgoing call disconnected I called Jio customer care who said u r not recharge they advise to make call Jio money to register to ur complaint but they r not pick my call pls help me to refund my money

                                Summer surprise offer 303 and jio prime are active on my jio no. Now I recharged with 509 but it is not activated. I want to cancel 303 offer and start 509 offer. Before 509 recharge I did not know abot yuor policy on double recharges. What can I do now please help.

                                  I had upgraded my jio sim to prime on 14 april through paytm. The amount 309rs transaction failed, but the money was deducted from my account. Then on 16 april i tried to recharge again from my account on 16 april, it was successful. But i di, nt received any refund.
                                  Please see through this matter as early as possible.

                                    Reliance Jio, I think, is fooling innocent people by promoting their new offer, 'Dhan Dhana Dan' saying unlimited net pakage. The truth is, after watching videos, downloading for one or two hours, it gets stuck. The internet speed is like lesser than 2G. It realy sucked me. Telling truth is 100 times better than lying, I believe.
                                    Reliance Jio, I think, is fooling innocent people by promoting their new offer, 'Dhan Dhana Dan' saying unlimited net pakage. The truth is, after watching videos, downloading for one or two hours, it gets stuck. The internet speed is like lesser than 2G. It realy sucked me.                                         I recharged rs.408/- on 5th may 2017 through myjio app (Online sbi net banking). Reference id of net banking is igabgkrzs6. Here attached statement of jio number, recharge of rs.408/- is shown. But in my jio app says that "you are not subscribed to a plan for this service. I can not open any website with 4g speed and cannot call to anyone.

                                        When i called two times on [protected] and one time on 198, they had given different replies to me. My jio number is [protected]. I am waiting for your reply. Please sortout this matter as soon as possible otherwise jio will leave one customer.
