My jio sim is redeemed and the bar code that is generated on my phone is given to another customer. How can this be possible when I have given my aadhar card details. I hope there is no mis use of data here as my aadhar verification was already done and then the customer service representative states it is already redeemed by someone else. This is a worrying factor.

    I have submitted a bar code, along with aadhar no nd mobile no generated from my jio app at a local recharge retaiier, after almost 4weeks i didnt get nt get any message regarding my jio activation. So i decided to talk back my documents nd my money also, which is taken for activation of the sim.

    Nw a day after i went to a reliance digital express outlet to get a jio. Sim but when i am showing them my generated bar code of jio app, its saying its already redemmed. I didnt get any sim so how was that possible it showed already. Redemed. So please guide. Me my nxt step??? Please

      The Kolkata lakemall Digital Store is really harassing me... Firstly I was told to find the barcode which later showed that coupon is already redeemed... Moreover the fingerprint device is also not detected... The employees are too arrogant.. they called us after few days where again there was finger detection problem... Is there really any need to harass people like this since you are giving a free sim???

        Jio executives not working properly

        I was got jio bar code no and next day i was visit reliance digital express store & executive had said that server problem please come after will and again was visited store their said modem was not connected, their was saying another problem but i was daily visiting store there are no of causes and lack up to 2 weeks final they say, that my jio bar code was expired. how is the responsible? finally i lost it was worst dont give wrong promise...

        I got a offer code frm my 4g Samsung j7 mobile.when i went to reliance digital store in towlichoki, Hyderabad to redeem it, they told for aadhar no.that time i hv no aadhar document wid myself i said aadhar num after i did finger verifiaction after that dey asked for coupan i given my snapshot...after taking my barcode the online verification process say BAR CODE ALREADY REDEEM how is dat possible...my bar code is...[protected]...I want to take ka jio sim plan help me as soon as possible...did alternate hum [protected]...nd mail of [protected]@gmail.com...Salman imad contact for more info

            When I tried to redeem the Jio Sim Coupon at Reliance Digital, HRBR Layout, Kalyan Nagar, Bangalore-43; I got "Coupon already redeemed" error message.

            This is the 1st time the said coupon is being used. Sim already issued by the Jio staff; but he couldn't complete the uploading of
            details due to the error.

            Since this is a clear identity theft (to use another person's IMEI No. and Phone number); please initiate necessary action to avoid such frauds and kindly regenerate code for this IMEI#.

              Dear sir/madam,
              I am anurag mishra from lucknow, uttar pradesh. I bought a 4g handset and generated a bar code for reliance jio sim. When i went to reliance digital xpress i was told that your bar code is already redeemed. I am one hundred percent sure that my bar code was very confidential and i didn't give my phone to any other person so there is no chance o[censored]sing it by some other person related to me. I am already confused and worried. I don't have any other option to have jio sim.
              Kindly consider my issue and take necessary action related to it.

                Right from beginning my jio sun is showing me nightmares.. it fluctuates like hell... my speed drops from 4mbps to 4kbps .. jio 4g becomes jio 2g most of the time...I NEVER EXPERIENCED A proper network speed till date .
                only good knows when your calls work n when it won't...
                My sim number is [protected].
                I have been registering complaints since i took sim. I'm waiting for December 31st to throW your sim...

                So does half the customers...
                Try to fix ASAP...

                  Respected sir,
                  With all regards & reverences, I am here to present my grievance with a heavy heart.
                  Sir, I am a retailer and am engaged with the business of e-recharge of mobile phones since last 15 years. I am a leading vendor of a huge area and my shop is located on the main road of the Anantnag city.
                  Sir, I was choosen on merit basis for the distribution of JIO SIM cards after all legal & genuine proceedings and was provided with a Bio-metric equipment by JIO COMMUNICATION CENTRE ANANTNAG against the payment of Rs. 1500/-.
                  Sir, my POS Id was [protected] and I have distributed 700 SIM cards on bio-metric system in only six days.
                  Before few days TSM of my area Mr. Gowhar called me on phone and asked for the mobile device on which POS was installed & the bio metric device for some updating of the application. I went to the JIO head office, JCC COMMUNICATIONS Anantnag and they kept my devices and told me to come on the next day. On the fateful day, when I asked them for the devices, Mr. Gowhar, with a sarcastic look, said that it is over. He told me that my POS user id has been blocked and returned my phone, laptop and kept the bio metric device with him. On asking for the reason, he nodded his head. He only said that there is an allegation of taking 100 Rs. From a customer against a JIO Sim card at my shop. He refused to provide me the complete details.
                  Sir, as you shall be well known about the turmoil and unrest in Kashmir, I have risked my life & property while distributing the JIO SIM cards. My establishment was attacked thrice & I was assaulted once by the protesters & stone pelters during distribution of JIO SIM Crads. I put my life in jeopardy for the benefit of the JIOINFOCOM and the customers & managed to distribute about 700 sim cards in only 6 days.
                  Sir, ZSM, Mr. Abid had visited my shop twice during these six days when the customers were taking SIM Cards in huge queues & witnessed nothing untoward while distributing the SIM CARDS.
                  Sir, the blocking of the code has told upon my reputation and I am talking it as an attack on my honour and self respect.
                  Sir, I am selling sim cards of Bharti Airtel & Vodafone on the bio metric system and have gained a huge respect in all the telecommunication companies operating in our area.
                  Sir, the allegation against me is totally baseless & a conspiracy of my business rivals and I have became a victim of business rivalism.
                  Sir, I have previously submitted about 150 CAF’s for offline activation for which I have paid Rs 50/- for each CAF and till date about 45 SIM cards are pending with them because of which the customers are vexing me all the time and the height of injustice is that none of the employees of JCC are attending my phone call and have annoyed me very much.
                  Sir, therefore I am requesting your intervention in this regard and am looking forward for the due justice from your desk.

                    I did generate by code in two of my Mi Phones and went to your Reliance Digital store which is at Logix City Centre Mall, Noida to get the Jio SIM and found that my Bardcode for both of my Phones are already redeemed. I was surprised to see that how could this bar code be redeem without sharing it with any one. You store staffs were unable to help me.

                          I have got a barcode no. by downloading your jio app on my mobile. but your store person says this has been redeemed. I just want to know how my generated bar code can be redeemed to other. I understand that the same problem is happening with so many people. there must be some technical problem in the app. bcoz my aadhar details should not be used by anyone. pl note that using or hacking other's information is a crime. hence, i request you to pl do the needful and arrange to provide the jio sim at the earliest.

                            Jio sim dealer, lodhipur, shahjahanpur (U. P.) kisi bhi customer ko sim nahi de rahe. Customer date dekar. Ab keh rahe hain ki kai din se sim nahi aa rahe hain, kehte hain aap ko sim 5-nov. 2016 ke baad milega. Jab ki haqiqat ye hai. Pure pure box shops pr sell kare ja rahe hain. Diwali k shub avsar pr 300/- per sim sell kiya ja raha hai.

                              Hi, I have downloaded the app from the play store (Myjio) then I have registered the details for the new SIM card Jio. There you have generated the barcode the SIM card. Then you have to go to store with that bar code. Then they will check your details and scan your bar code which you got from the app. After doing this. They told me that this bar code already redeemed. At this stupid reliance person give me this answer. They are chatting with us. I went to reliance digital store at Reliance Digital Xpress Door No 8-2-682/2, Ground & 1st Floor, Zonah Crescent, Road No 12, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad - 500034, Waiting for someone responsible person to solve this problem.

                                      Dddear sir i dilip nagindas gandhi downloded code [protected] from myjio application to get 4g sim, on 17th october 2016. I went to the store all fones near cow circle, akota, vadodara-390020. The persion attanded me tried my adhar card finger printd 25 to 30 times, he told that is not matching with adhar card (. Lateron i tried with other store it matched immediately) he told me to come with other family member. So i went with my wife sharmisthaben dilipbhai gandhi with her adhar card, it matched immediately. But he told that the sim card is already issued againt my code number. (I confirm that from other store). Only the matter is i am afraid that the sim card issued in my name may be misuse. So please take immediate action in this matter and block the sim issuef against my code. Thanks dilipbhai gandhi
