I have get a reliance jio sim on 24 August 2016 under Reliance Jio Preview offer on my samsung galaxy on 5. My sim is not processed and activated. I have even received message of verification.But when I dialed no. for verification. They said your aadhar no. was wrong. When I went to Jio store then they are not giving to any answer. I have a very bad experience at reliance store. I have submitted my aadhar card w along with photo at reliance store. MY Jio no. [protected]. My alternate no. is [protected]. Plz look the matter and activate my sim as soon as possible

Actually maine 8 or 9 days pehle sim liya hai jio 4g but bo abhi tak activate nahi hua hai. serf emergency calls likha hua aa raha hai jesa ki aap pic mai dekh sakte hai. mera reliance jio 4g mobile no. hai [ [protected] ] . so please aap meri problem ko jaldi solve kar degea.a nd mera dusa no. ea hai [protected] jesse aap mujse contact kar sakte hai.

I collected that sim on 30/08/2016 as I was informed that reliance preview offer will be activated on in this sim.When I sign in via My jio app on 06/09/2016 it was shown in app that Reliance jio preview offer has been activated on your number [protected] and it has validity up to 06/12/2016.But today I got a message that "Dear Customer,

I was shocked how it is possible that when my number is for preview offer then why it converted in welcome offer.
Moreover I have also complaint about its net speed which mostly shown 10 kbps to 50 kbps.I also try to make complaint through voice call on 198/199.But I am unable to talk with executive.

My address is- qr. no. G-27, type 2 F.R.I. Dehradun. Dear sir, signal strength at my home is a single signal or zero signal. I go outside of home to find out signals but I get one or two signals. Finally I have surveyed whole F.R.I. campus which is 8 sq km wider.
There are many people using jio network but facing the same problem.
Please resolve the problem for the sake of all in F R.I.

Relaince digital stores at sangli pin 416410 and reliance digital min at miraj are saying that they dont have jio sim but sim cards are being sold in black b/w 100 to 300 rs.also they are not accepting adhar card of other state which was said during launch that any state adhar is acceptable by eadhar option.ppl working innsome place frm other sates have no options...plz look into the matter..its denting the reach and image of reliance jio.

I have taken sim one week ago from digital express mini, ajoy nagar, kolkata-700075, wb but it has not been activated yet. today on 8th of september i enquired about activation then the person insisted me for bring any local person so that i could get sim on his/her name. i am outstation customer and provided my aadhaar card and local reference including name, address and mobile no of the local reference.

I had taken a jio sim from RELIANCE DIGITAL XPRESS MINI (MODEL TOWN-III, G-4, DELHI ) on 20th august 2016 . But till today i.e. 8th Sep 2016, it does not activated. Store staff and Customer support no one is taking responsibility. I had complaint for this with Jio customer on 28th august 2016, But can not get any resolution yet. Sir, i am from surendranagar, gujarat. Reliance digital mini store in surendranagar is not having jio 4g sim cards. They are saying it will take 15 days to available it. And other stores are selling jio 4g sim on 300 rs money, illegally here. Please solve this kindly as early as possible. And please kindly provide details of simcard availability at various centres if possible for convenience.

Sir. The reliance digital xpress mini in miryalaguda of nalgonda (dist), telangana are simply rejecting every consumer for giving jio sim at the entrance itself and they are telling to come after 6 days even though the sims are in stock.And also the jio sims are sold blackly in miryalaguda near cellpoints from 300-600..so i hope this information will b useful to you

Fake reliance jio sim. I have purchased jio sim before 15 days but not activated in these period time. Sir i purchased a lyf water five mobile with jio sim. but there is no network in our area i. e. jagannathprasad block/tahasi/ps-jagannathprasad dist-ganjam st-odisha pin 761121. many people are waiting for use of jio but couldn't avail due no network. the network is also available in 20 km distance. so necessary steps may kindly be taken for installation of new jio tower here. from sanatan mahapatra

Sir l bought Lyf water mobile on 8 Aug 2016 with preview offer valid for 3 months ( Till 9 Nov 2016). But Suddenly on 7 sep 2016 reliance Jio changed my plan to welcome offer before preview offer expiration date. Preview offer was for unlimited data and voice service but now welcome offer provide only 4GB data with FUP. At the time of mobile purchase I was said that preview offer will be for 90 days and can't be changed. now the changed this offer and Its against the rule.At least they should provide preview offer with unlimited access of data and no FUP for Ly[censored]ser till 90 days. Otherwise I will file complain in consumer court.

Its more than a six day now and connection is still not activated.
And no further communication from them.

The reliance free sim offer that enables a user to use free services till dec 31st and which was promised to be sold free at reliance stores is being sold in black for Rs. 500/-. The sim that is being supplied to the reliance stores by the reliance suppliers is actually being sold to paid public/known persons instead of public registering for free sim cards. What they are doing is giving them a future date to come and collect the sim on so and so dates. So that means the current lot of sims that has been approved to the stores is being sold to the Paid customers for approx 500/- Rs. And the wait is artificially created y these store owners unethical conduct. Is reliance doing anything about fair issuing of these sims that make their way to those reliance stores ?? How are they doing it ?? Crap services! Worst ever service in India or anywhere else. No planning only yapping!!!

Sir i am from ahmedgarh distt:sangrur in punjab. Sir in ahmedgarh i go to a shop named Khurana mobile shop near railway station.Sir i aksed them to give me a free jio sim nd they are selling it for 500rs per sim. Some people say this sim is for free but the retailers are not selling it for free.I asked them that this sim is free but they said no this sim costs 500rs. Now many people are buying this sim in 500rs.This shop is making many money by selling this sim in 500rs.I hope this information is useful. Thankyou sir.

The guys in reliance digital are crooks of the first order who promised to activate the sim in 3 days and it is now more than 9 days and the sim is not activated. reliance is the most unethical guys on this planet. they never fulfil their promise. nothing new for mukesh ambani. just talk big and make big money fooling the public.

we are nuts to get carried away and so the penalty. they hv set up customer care centre which is completely robotic no human being at all after welcome, all we hear is music music and music and runs for more than 10 minutes and then, u get fed up and hang up the phone. that is what they want.

Reliance store persons are not providing sim to the customers, instead of normal customers they are providing sim to the local shopkeepers in a particular amount.
Jio mobile Sims are available in my locality at local shopkeepers and they are selling those Sims in between 300-1000 Rs.
I am visiting my nearest Reliance Digital Mini Express store from a week to get the Jio Sim but daily they are telling me that they do not have Jio sim but I saw some people's at the store which are getting Jio Sims by paying such amount and also the Store persons only giving the Jio Sims to their known persons only and they are selling those Sims through local shopkeepers.
