I had upgraded my jio sim to prime on 14 april through paytm. The amount 309rs transaction failed, but the money was deducted from my account. Then on 16 april i tried to recharge again from my account on 16 april, it was successful. But i di, nt received any refund. Please see through this matter as early as possible.
