I was recharged rs 399 through paytm wallet on dated 16 th august 2017 and the transaction no [protected]. But I cant get recharge and any refund amount .jio Costomer care responding very carelessly

Dear sir in our village varad as singal problem in home and outside also bule tower only in wifi so please do something in our village more than 45 user but half are going to port the sim so please do something we have jio near 2 km in rayam village

I recharged 399 rs in 3 numbers through my jio app. But 399 rs was deducted 2 times and 2394 rs at once. Bank statement has the confirmation of deduction of rs 2394 in Reliance jio only. So i request you to solve my case or i will have to choose some other way to solve it.
