Reliance Jio Infocomm — Billing address correction

I have taken jio sim post paid connection thru home delivery using my aadhhar details on May 26 2022, the billling address is completely different from my aadhaar address and even after several requests to [protected]@jio.com the address update has not happened, I have also made several calls to the 199 number and one of the advisors raised a service request for cancellation of number without my consent with reason 'no network' and my services are suspended, and IVR says number suspended for non-payment of bill due on 25th July 2022. This is harassment of the highest kind as I want to continue the service with correction in my billing address
