Reliance Jio Infocomm — billing dispute

Since august 2019 internet 3g/4g is barred in jammu (J&k) but still jio is sending bills. What are you guys not aware that government has done this action?? Why you are taking advantage from this? Why not being behaving like an educated and responsible persons???
I have not consumed your services since august then why should i pay for it???

My above mentioned Gio dongle is not working since last 48 hrs, tried to reach customer care but all in vein.then tried e mail customer care, but is of no use, so kindly request u to fix the above issue

I have suffering from internet speed problems but JIO customers care two times refused my complaint. They straightly saying me that he didn't lodge any complaint against this issue.
