Reliance Jio Infocomm — cancellation of porting request

Dear sir/ma’am,

I made a porting request for my no. [protected] from airtel to jio on 29th of dec afternoon but in the evening i cahnged my mind and i went to jio store to cancel my porting as it can be done with in 24 hrs according to trai rules but they completely denied. I also contacted my service provider about this but they told me that only jio store can do this. So i want justice here.
