Since last month i cant use internet due to poor speed of internet im trying to call the coustmer care executives but no one is there to attend the call i cant even download the attachment on mails.

I am working and i have lots of work through gmail and other mails but even jpg file that just 500kb to 1mb take a long time to download

I have recharged my jio number with Rs. 398 pack but the Internet speed is so bad. It is not working at all. Internet speed is 0.08kbps. I can't even use watsapp properly.
