[Resolved] Reliance Jio Infocomm — Charge money but not activated my sim | |
So I have a Airtel sim but due to some network issues I have port my no. From airtel prepaid to jio postpaid on 12/11/2020 and my jio no got activated on 20/11/2020 so I used the no till Mar 15 2021 and then due to some problem I didn't use the sim for 18 days than I got to know that jio has off my outgoing and incoming call for the no [protected] so due to covid I contact them through customer support even they even can't resolve my issue so I went to a nearby jio store of my location they check my jio sim and told me that there is an existing balance in my no. So they told me to pay the remaining amount I have paid my remaining amount but still I my no is not still activated so I tweet regarding my issue and got a reply that the no. is permanently disconnected even no jio customer support has notified me on my no.and on my alternate no that my number is disconnected too . Such a shame on jio I have again went to jio store and told my issue that my no is linked to my bank account and without otp bank can't even change my number too Now I have just one hope on consumer complaint forum Whether issue the same number or return my money Was this information helpful? | |
