Reliance Jio Infocomm — Cheating - Took Personal Documents and Service not Provided | |||||
Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd. took my self-attested ID proof and documents for providing Reliance Jio Internet Service. They took documents on 9th November 2015. Since then, I called their service executives 3 times regarding not activation of my services, but they did not give any responsible reply nor took any steps to provide service. I have attached a snapshot of the sim card box which was provided to me by Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd. Government should take this on a High Note, and I declare that if any criminal activity is being done with the use of my personal documents, and if not proven that I - myself has done the criminal activity, I declare that Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd. will be responsible for the same criminal activity. Reliance Infocomm Ltd. has cheated me by taking my ID Proofs and not providing the services. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have ported in the no. on 11/12/2016, but till date my no. is not working. First the dealer has not provided the correct the sim, then he asked for sim swapping. I have provided three time my id and photos, but till date the no is not working.My complaint no is SR000004ZGMQ.
