Reliance Jio Infocomm — Complaint regarding jio recharge | |||||
Dear Sir, I have recharged in my jio number [protected] with Rs. 402 (prime 99+303) in 7th april then i msg receive that your jio recharge successful with transaction ID BR000046ZP2H. But on 10 of april i recieved msg from jio that your recharge on 7th april was not successful Transaction ID [protected]. And when i complaint jio retailer then he showed msg also that your recharge is successful in [protected] jio number. Kindly please confirm that my jio number is eligible for summer surprise offer or not. As i have done my recharge successful please help. Am sharing screenshot of successful msg of my jio number.
