Hi, I did a recharge of 499 INR on 23rd March, 2017, for Jio number [protected]. Transaction ID:BR00001PY25S This transaction doesn't show in Myjio app plans section. See images attached for the Recharge SMS and Myjio app. My recharge should appear in my plans. Please update my recharge information for this number [protected].
