Dear Concerned Authority
I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding a misleading commitment made by one of your sales executives during the business plan onboarding process.
At the time of sale, the Jio Sales Executive explicitly assured us that the business plan included:
1. Allocation of a Public IP address, and
2. Provision of a device compatible with Bridge Mode.
Based on these commitments, we proceeded with the plan activation and installation. However, post-installation, the sales executive has retracted these promises, stating that such features are not available or supported—directly contradicting the original assurances provided.
This constitutes a breach of trust and misrepresentation, which is unacceptable, especially from a reputed service provider like Jio. Such discrepancies have adversely impacted our business operations, and we seek immediate clarification and resolution.
We request the following actions be taken immediately:
1. Investigate the matter and take accountability for the false commitments made.
2. Provide us with a Public IP and a device that supports Bridge Mode, as initially promised.
