Reliance Jio Infocomm — Connectivity issues | |||||
I have a reliance 4G router with SIM card. I connect my devices - mobile and laptops to this router. I have been having problems since Friday - April 3, 2017. I stay in Agrini Apartment, Andalpuram, Madurai. The connection is very erratic and I am not even able to make voice calls using Jio number. When I complain they come and check the speed at some time and say it is ok and not do anything else. I even have records on my speedtest app where the upload speeds sometimes is as low as 0.09 MBps. Upload is the main problem. This makes is impossible to make video calls. Even voice calls sometimes. And sometimes even websites refuse to load. I have been using Jio since August without any problem and so paid for 12 months. And now I get this service. Is Reliance going back to their old ways?
