My daily 1.5 gb gets exhausted sometimes at midnight as soon as i gets renewed and early morning before i even wake up... when no one else has the password of my hotspot and 0 device connected to it. Tried changing my password several times but it doesn't work. Happens one too many times. So sick of recharging using data booster...Got me so frustrated... this cannot be an accident there is some sort of devious plan going on to recoup some amount of investment

We are using jio from many months.but i don't know what happens suddenly it shows your GB exhausted without using. I am facing this problem many times.even today i.e is on 20/10/17 I didn't use my GB.I have checked the balance when it is nearly 9:30am it showed 730mb but when I checked at 11:30 it is showing balance exhausted.even I am unable to see the usage in my jio app.this is very unfair .please rectify this problem.I didn't face this problem anytime from airtel

If I cannot enjoy the plan I have paid for then I will switch from Jio and never ever recommend it to anyone. I will make sure there are no Jio users left at least in my contacts.

I am using jioFI from many months.but starting past 4-5 days, suddenly my Jio app installed in my mobile shows daily quota of 1 GB exhausted. Even today morning, 2.2.18, the moment I switched on my JioFI, within 5-10 minutes, I got message that daily quota of 1 GB has been consumed & 5-6 KB is the balance of 1 GB. The amount of data consumption & balance remained constant for past 4-5 days. I approached to your customer care executives also. As mentioned by him, it could have been the updates offered by either windows / anti virus / other apps installed in mobile. You will certainly agree, no company in the world would ever offer 4 GB of software updates, that too for personal / home usage.
I am confident, by tweeking your system, you are recovering data used during initial period of 6 months of free usage.

This has happened to me as well twice. I had thought that perhaps my phone was affected by a virus that took up all the data. However today whatever happened, I am certain it is some sort of trick being employed by Jio itself. Throughout the day the data speed as as poor as 50kbps. I waited for it to become midnight so I could use the internet. I just began doing something and again it started giving me 0kbps. What is this 64kbps unlimited joke anyway? When the data balance is exhausted you can't even operate WhatsApp. By 2am, I noticed that all the data got exhausted. Like how? The speed here isn't even so much that in 1.5 hours 2 GB could have gotten used.
My jiofi data quota automatically gets exhausted even if I use 100mb my 2GB data gets consumed and even in the 100mb that I use I barely get the speed of 10kb/s.Reliance Jio is a bloody cheater and nothing else. I was wrong to believe and connect to you and your services.I am not going to use your hectic services anymore. Is thos how you treat your customers? Your customer care service is worst.The complaints are of no effect.Curse you!

My 1.5 GB data gets exhausted without even using it, I really need the reason behind this and also the solution. I don't have my auto updates on nor do I have anti virus issues. Also when you call the customer care you get all the useless information other than solutions, really poor service.
This is happening to me and my mother's jiofi data as well. Since past 4 days all the data of 1.5 GB gets exhausted without us using it. I even tried to restrict background data. Stopped the auto update. Changed passwords of our jiofi's. Even restricted the number of devices connected to jiofi. But still no use. Very unhappy with the jio services. If this keeps happening I would just port my jio number to something else.
I am kind of heavy uses of internet but this what happened with me I get 1.5 GB data per day and it get easily exhausted on 7 or 8 p.m. when I open my jio app where you can see the data uses history and I calculated all the data the first day when it happened with me that I had 1GB of data I was surprised and very disappointed that where is my other 500 MB go but the next day it gets exhausted more earlier and I try to calculate data according to time I have used around 600 MB I didn't watch any videos no Netflix anything at all the problem is we are not getting out 1.5 GB of data it gets exhausted before it completes the data per day pack I don't know which kind of the given by the jio to saving money and surprisingly 3rd or 4th day I have to just 60 MB of data in shows me you data is exhausted and by the time ever happened sell used to have data booster or have 21 rupees recharge mostly every day and I was so tired this service and very disappointed jio

There is something with 1.5gb data plan I can see that mostly it is 1.5gb data plan users are facing such issue. I too recharged with this plan and facing same problem, earlier I was using 2gb/day plan & it was ok. Jios Rapid data exhaustion Problem is associated with 1gb & 1.5gb plan mostly. Its pity that their team is not able to resolve this issue since 2018 and earlier. Hope for the good. Thanks.
