For recharging for my wifi on 22.3.2017 whose details given below rs 999 was debited from my account but it was not recharged. From then onwards i have mailed their customer care and jio money and few of their officials in no of times, but they responded my mail few times and then onwards they stopped answering my mail also. Recharge amount: rs. 999 1. Date & time of recharge: 22-03-17, 07:30 2. Recharge done through: (Example: jiomoney app, myjio, jio.com): pos/rps*jio jc/kota/220317/07:30 at jio centre, kota, rajasthan. 3.
