Reliance Jio Infocomm — Deduction of money and unsuccessful recharge | |||
This is for the second time i am complaining about deduction of money without any recharge and the same money has not been credited into my account. Earlier i had made a complaint regarding this to custmer care but there also i didnt get any benefit, i had sent a mail also regarding the same but also after so many days they didn't refunded my money into my account. I did my recharge on 15/04/2017 of ₹ 309 for two time which got failed and from that time jio team had not refunded my money. Kindly refund my money as soon as possible. I am attaching the screenshot of the mail which i had sent it to custmer care with transaction id which were failed. Kindly help me out of this problem. Was this information helpful? | |||
