I had booked the jio-phone in its first phase of advance booking on 22th august, 2017. I had paid an amount of ₹500 to prebook the phone. After 2 months the product was available to buy. So i reached the store to purchase the phone but the customer representative told me that the phone comes with a new sim card so you need to have an aadhaar card & also do e-kyc authentication. I refused to give my aadhaar card and doing e-kyc authentication. So they said that in such case your advance amount will be forefieted and no refund will be issued. This is kind of dadagiri happening. If you don't give your aadhaar details we'll take away your money and not give you a single penny back. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I recharged my jio prime number through another mobile via debit card amount of rs 448 deducted but no plan activated not recharged yet. I have attached the photo for your reference..Kindly refund the amount.
