Reliance Jio Infocomm — Disregard of customer | |
Respected sir/ma'am Please hear my case and tell me why i should still pursue services from jio. This is the first time that i'm opting for a connection from jio and i seem to already be regretting it. Your attractive packages did catch my interest but your sad services and worse work staff are pushing my interest in taking a connection from jio. I applied for a connection and your sales staff (Minavijay-[protected]) did not leave any tables unturned to explain the ease and benefits of jio. The highlight being that it will be installed the next day after i register for it. The registration took 3 days thanks to miscommunication from your staff misinforming me on the charges for the package that i wanted to buy. I got an appointment message for the next day (Screenshot attached below), but nobody turned up and neither was i given a status update. I called up the sales staff and he told me there was no port available here and it will take 7-10 days. I somehow digest the fact that i have been made a fool of. Now after one week someone from the technical team contacted me for the same and to my amazement he told me something i was already aware of, "there isn't a port available here and i have informed the team" (Rakesh yadav-[protected]). And to my further amusement this person had no clue as to when or how long this issue will be taken care of. Sad pathetic. # disrespectful services. So for one whole week i've been waiting for jio to take care of my connection and that's what i'm served with: zero reliance, no responsibility, taking the customer for granted, inadequate, disappointing.
