Reliance Jio Infocomm — Employees Rude behavior | |||
I was facing internet interruptions in my Jio Fiber connection due to the damage in the service line from the pole. I raised a complaint through Customer care and informed Mr. Krishna Singh (Assistant Manager) Reliance Jio, Jodhpur, Rajasthan about the matter. And didn't get any positive response from their side. I clearly stated to him that the mainline (thick fiber line) is damaged and the whole pole connections are shut down. But he told (very rudely) that he is not responsible for that, and insisted to call customer care. I requested him to provide the details of the concerned area person, but he clearly denied it. He was the only person who came to my doorstep for providing me a new connection, and that's the reason I was contacting him. Later (after 26hrs. of No service), my mother talked to him to solve the issue ASAP, but instead of providing the solution he misbehaved with my mother and talked very rudely to Her, which is not at all tolerable and I have call recording for the same. I request higher authorities to take necessary disciplinary action against him, this disrespectful behavior with a customer and especially a lady is not at all tolerable.
